Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the stkn-studio.com site and the purchase of licenses for the products published by STKN Studio ("we"), Shugotekitten, 68 F Chemin de la Forge, 35220 Chateaubourg, France. By using the site or purchasing a license, you accept these terms.

1. Products & licenses

STKN Studio publishes applications and games. Some products offer a free version and a paid license (e.g. "Streamly Pro"). Purchasing a license grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the product, within the limits described on its product page.

2. Payments

Payments are handled by Polar.sh, our official reseller ("Merchant of Record"). Polar issues the invoice, collects applicable taxes and delivers the license keys. Polar's terms apply to the payment process: polar.sh/legal/terms.

3. Refunds

Refund requests are handled through Polar.sh. Unless otherwise required by law, software licenses that have been delivered are in principle non-refundable once the key has been activated. For any request, contact us at hello@stkn-studio.com, stating your order number; we review each case in good faith.

4. Intellectual property

The products, their code, their visuals, and the STKN Studio and Shugotekitten brands remain our property. Nothing herein transfers any intellectual property right to you beyond the right to use the license you have acquired.

5. Warranty & liability

The products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Nothing herein limits your mandatory legal rights as a consumer.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the applicable version is the one in force on the date of your purchase or your use of the site.
