This policy describes how STKN Studio ("we"), published by Shugotekitten, 68 F Chemin de la Forge, 35220 Chateaubourg, France, handles the data of visitors to stkn-studio.com and users of its products.

1. Data we collect

The stkn-studio.com site is a static website. We do not collect personal data for commercial purposes and we do not use advertising tracking cookies. The only data processed is:

• Technical server logs (IP address, browser type), kept briefly for security and the proper operation of the hosting.
• License purchases: when you buy a license (e.g. Streamly Pro), the payment is handled by our provider Polar.sh (see §3). We never store your payment card data.
• Contact: if you write to us at hello@stkn-studio.com, we keep your email address and the content of your message in order to reply to you.

2. Purposes

We use this data solely to provide and secure our services, process orders and licenses, and respond to your requests. We never sell your data.

3. Payments — Polar.sh

Payments and the delivery of license keys are handled by Polar.sh, which acts as the "Merchant of Record" (official reseller) and collects applicable taxes. In this capacity, Polar processes your payment and billing data in accordance with its own privacy policy: polar.sh/legal/privacy.

4. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with our legal obligations (in particular accounting requirements).
